By placing an order on Sweet Basket Club (operated by La Tarte), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before checkout.

Orders & lead time

• All towers are handcrafted to order. Standard lead time is 48–72 hours from payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled in time or that fall outside our service area.
• Delivery dates and time slots are requests; we will confirm feasibility after payment.

Pricing & payment

• Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the tower as described.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before or at checkout.
• Payment is collected in full via Razorpay at the time of order. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Pickup & delivery

• Pickup is available from our Greater Kailish kitchen during agreed time slots.
• Pickup is available from La Tarte, M-19 M Block Market, Greater Kailash II, New Delhi 110048 (open from 10 am).
• Delivery is offered across Delhi NCR subject to availability. Accurate address and contact details are required.
• Someone must be available to receive perishable items at the scheduled time.

Allergies & dietary requirements

Our kitchens handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. Please mention allergies in special instructions. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Product presentation

Towers are artisan products. Slight variations in florals, ribbon, or arrangement may occur. Images on the site are representative of our style.

Liability

La Tarte is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, incorrect address, or unavailable recipient). Our liability is limited to the value of the order paid.
