Refunds & Cancellations

Because every Sweet Basket Club tower is made fresh to order, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to you and to our kitchen schedule.

Cancellations by you

• More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund minus payment gateway charges, if any.
• 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund or credit toward a future order, at our discretion.
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund — preparation will have begun or ingredients committed.

To cancel, email latarte2024@gmail.com with your order reference and phone number as soon as possible.

Changes to your order

Date, time slot, or message card changes may be accommodated if requested at least 24 hours in advance and if production has not started. Tower design changes may not be possible after confirmation.

If we cancel

If we cannot fulfil your order (ingredient shortage, operational issue, or service area limitation), you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Quality concerns

If something is not right with your tower, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit.

Refunds processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
